This app offers a complete and updated practical summary and useful information on nearly all published clinical trials relevant to stroke and cerebral vascular diseases, It is developed by teams from the OSF/INI Stroke Center, Chinese Stroke Association and its official English journal Stroke & Vascular Neurology, and the Mediwelcome Co.
This is the one and only app of its kind in both English and Chinese language.
Unlike other apps, this app can be searched not only alphabetically, but also by categories such as acute stroke treatment, stroke prevention, etc.
The summary was written with a take-home message and brief summary of the trial, and a reference link to the original publication.
Other trials that are not directly related to stroke but offer important information are also included, such as the recently published SPRINT trial on hypertension and primary cardiovascular and stroke prevention.
At a later stage, stroke related scales and meta-analysis will also be included.
With over 130 trials included in the current content, it will be updated periodically by the team members in the US and China.
